Bayou Boys is an authentic Louisiana PoBoy Restaurant in Needville, TX. We specialize in traditional recipes from my home town, Larose, LA, made with local ingredients. All of our menu items are made in house. We make our own Boudin, Hoghead Cheese, Roast Beef, Muffalettas, Shrimp Boulettes, Plate Lunches and much much more.

After living in the Houston area I came to realize few were serving food that reminded me of home. Originally I thought there were no authentic “Cajun” restaurants here and everyone was doing it wrong. Now I realize that the term “Cajun” refers to a very large geographic area. From Mississippi to Texas there are many different recipes for the same dish. Gumbo and Boudin come to mind as great examples. This doesn’t make one more authentic then the next. It’s just more representative of the area and families who enjoy them. This is what inspired me to create my own restaurant specializing in food from Lafourche Parish. I proudly cook recipes and dishes that can’t be found anywhere else. Come take a trip with us as we travel up and down the Bayou tasting unique family recipes.
