Born to a red-headed southern home cook in Louisiana, I grew up with the smells of homemade pies and sizzling fried chicken. I began cooking at the age of six and have since developed my own culinary voice. My style can be described as modern cooking with bold flavors and vibrant colors. I’ve catered hundreds of private parties and have traveled on culinary excursions to all the major cities in America. Hosting along with sharing amazing food and drinks are my passions!

I’ve made my home in the multi-cultural mecca of Houston where the best of the best in dining experiences can be had.
