When you pull up to Miiller’s Meat Market & Smokehouse you immediately know you are somewhere serious. The new building is large and in charge and beautiful to boot! Do not get it twisted though, they are still using the traditional techniques and family traditions that has kept them in business for over 35 years.

Miiller’s is a family owned and operated business. Bryan & Lisa Miiller are hands on and in the building every day. Their daughter Lauren and her husband Adam run production, while spending endless hours on quality control. Their grandkids work in production, retail and anywhere else they are needed.

Bryan and Lisa were raised in Llano and are very invested in Llano and surrounding communities. I enjoyed the opportunity to take a tour of the whole facility with Lisa and learned a lot about the family process and how they find the freshest meats and choicest cuts. What a special experience.

I would be here for hours if I discussed all the things I love about Miiller’s Meat Market, so I will focus on what I liked best… their sausage and prepackaged meals. I could literally live off them.

Their sausage really stood out among others I have enjoyed in the area. After discussing it with Lisa, I understand it is due to the tender casing, and bone removal system which removes the bone and gristle. Now, that all may be a little above my pay grade, but the one thing I do know is every flavor was wonderful. Every bite made my smile grow larger. I recommend you choose the flavors you normally like best.

My favorite prepackaged meals were simply… all of them. Seriously. There was not one I tried I just liked. I loved them all. These are perfect for every occasion. I would love to have my freezer full of them, so we can just take one out every night, put it in the oven and enjoy the Miiller’s recipes from our own home. We also take them with us camping as we travel Texas and they cook perfectly in an air-fryer. Simply amazing. I love you guys!

I do want to warn you. Once you visit Miiller’s Meat Market & Smokehouse you will crave it. If the original location is not conveniently located to your homestead, do not fret, Miiller’s ships all over the United States. If you are lucky enough to live in the area, it is also the perfect place to get gifts for all your loved ones who just cannot get enough of Texas. Enjoy!
